Back to TopHow Do I Order a Catalog?Please fill out our Online Catalog Request form, or give us a call, and we will send out your free catalog immediately. Back to TopHow Do I Send Artwork to Joy Products?Once you have placed your order, you may follow these guidelines according to your individual order specifications.
A. Sending Files Over E-Mail We can receive all the file types listed below if they are sent via e-mail to us at art@joyproducts.com. Please indicate in the subject line the title for your order and/or company name. Additional comments and instructions in the message text are welcome. A common problem of sending files through e-mail is the corruption of files. To keep this from occurring, please "compress" the files. For Mac users, please "stuff" the files. For PC users, please "zip" the file.
B. Acceptable File Formats
C. Black and White Vector Art (Color Separated if Multi-Color) Convert all text to curves and outlines. No placed images, please. Only art originated in one of the above programs will be acceptable.
D. FAX for Confirmation Please print a complete copy of the art prior to e-mailing and FAX all pages to (516) 767-9283 for a complete confirmation of what is contained in the e-mailed artwork.
E. Mailing Artwork You may ship your artwork to our address in Contact Us. Please print a complete copy of the artwork and enclose it with the disk. Please reference your order and contact information as well. Artwork may be sent via 3.25" Floppy, ZIP Disk, CD or DVD. Back to TopWhat are Accepted Methods of Payment?Joy Products, Inc. accepts Cash, Checks, Money Orders, and two methods of Credit Card Payment. You may pay by credit card via an online secure payment through Pay Pal, or you may print our faxable direct payment sheet, and fax us your credit card information.
