Die
Struck Soft Enamel - Create and achieve the value of
a die struck piece with this economic alternative. This process
is die struck and hand color filled with bright soft enamel colors
mixed to match most PMS® Colors. A protective epoxy dome can be
added.
Etched
Soft Enamel - This process offers a less expensive
alternative to the die struck processes. Etched into the surface
of solid brass, the image's recesses are hand color filled with soft
enamel paints mixed to match most PMS® Colors. The base metal
separates each color. A protective epoxy dome is optional.

Die
Struck Sandblasted - Create a subtle elegant appearance
with this process. The design is struck into solid copper,
plated to your specifications, then sand blasted for a delicate
texture. This method can also be two-toned to create a greater
contrast.
Clois-Tech
- Achieve the luster and richness of Classic Cloisonne with the
versatility of PMS® Color matching. Each pin is die struck
solid copper, hand filled with color matched hard enamel paints, fired
and polished to achieve a surface that is reflective of Classic
Cloisonne.
Pin-Pointe
- This Process allows for the duplication for any logo or design
without alteration. The design is screen printed directly onto gold or
silver plated brass. Ideal for hi volume and lower budget promotions.
